“The masterclass provided a summary of different types of systems and some of the different approaches to understanding them. It also dealt with how we use mental maps and the iceberg model, to understand and react to situations and events. It particularly provided a good introduction to DSRP approach developed by the Cabreras at Cornell. Shakti provided a number of system maps. We had small group sessions in which we worked with others to develop a mind map of a problem we were interested in, using the Plectica mapping software. This was both useful and enjoyable.”
