Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All courses are denominated in Indian Rupees(₹). A link is provided in the Cart and Checkout pages to arrive at estimates in local currency. The actual amount charged may slightly vary depending on conversion costs.
- All courses are live and are listed in India Standard Time (IST) as well as Universal Time Coordinated (UTC), formerly Greenwich Meridian Time (GMT). The precise time in your location can be found using this time zone converter.
- Once booked, Subscription can not be cancelled and fees are non-refundable. However a registrant may choose to transfer a ticket to someone with prior intimation. In exceptional cases, swapping a course for another date may be possible. In the event of unforeseen conflicts, please send an email to shakti@shaktify.in. The final decision rests with SHAKTIFY.
- In case of a no-show, participants can fall-back on session recordings which are made available to all participants.
- The medium of instruction for all courses is English. Currently no translation services are being offered.
- Once a booking is made, participants will receive a calendar invitation for the event(s). In case no calendar invitation is received, participants should send an email alert to shakti@shaktify.in.
