Workshops & Masterclasses
Shaktify brings a wide array of customised workshops and masterclasses to your doorstep. These training programs are designed to help people build holistic thinking skills that go beyond traditional boundaries. While systems thinking is central to these classes, the touch points they embrace are diverse and spread out. Mainstream classes include Introduction to Systems Thinking, Systems Change for social sector professionals, Systems Thinking for management professionals and Systems Mapping. Additionally, courses such as Systems Thinking & Design Thinking, Systems Thinking & Emotional Intelligence, Systems Thinking & Theory of Change and Storytelling for Social Impact are on offer. Classes can be conducted in-person or online or in a hybrid format.
Writing & Thought Leadership
Offerings include strategies around various channels and modes through which thought leadership can be conceived and delivered. Channels include social media, websites, networks while modes cover report and manuscript writing (for e.g. annual reports, research studies, state of the community reports etc.), ghost writing, blogs and social media content development.
Webinars & Conferences
These events may be close-door or open-door, virtual or in-person. Offerings include design inputs for developing an online webinar series or an in-person, single or multi-day conference, summit, seminar or conclave and will include content writing, marketing, planning, identifying and recruitment/onboarding of speakers.
Mentoring
This service is available optionally to all participants who enrol in and complete Shaktify’s training programs. Mentoring services are customised and provided online on a one-on-one basis. The aim of this mentoring is to provide additional insights and support for those working on systems projects. Mentees will need to book a prior appointment and on successful completion may pay for value received based on one’s capacity to pay.
