Conducted by

Shakti Saran is a writer, educator and systems thinker. His work experience spans four decades across the corporate and social sectors. He is an alum of the leadership programs at India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) and Radical Transformation Leadership (RTL) and holds certifications in systems thinking from eCornell and the Capra Course. He is the founder of Shaktify, a think-tank to empower changemakers. Shaktify promotes social and environmental change through webinars, storytelling and masterclasses. Shakti is an MBA from Boston University.

This masterclass is designed for management professionals and students enrolled in a business administration program. It is geography and theme neutral and relevant for those who wish to transform management systems in an environment of complexity. Management professionals include those working for corporate bodies, small businesses, public sector undertakings, consulting firms, start-ups and financial market professionals.
